The guy had no choice but to eat her shit as he feared what she would do to him if he refused to eat. The mistress told him that she would not do it again if he learned his lesson and he stopped pissing her off like he had.
Mistress Anna had asked this senior executive to come up with the strategies to counter their poor performance but what he came up with was not good enough and did not seem to be helping. So she had to make him think harder or face the sack. Mistress Anna forced him to eat shit so as to teach him a lesson and give him motivation to get the job done.

She ensured that the guy had learned his lesson and that is what made him do what the mistress wanted him to do. It was to teach him that she had to always have her way.
