That is why the two of them had to join efforts and do something cruel.
Lady Scarlet needed to punish her slave for gluttony. She did not like the fact that he was gluttonous and she had to make sure it stopped. That is why the mistress chose to use her poop to make it stop. She wanted to see if his gluttony would extend to her shit and whether he would do the same thing he did with other food. He learned his lesson.
Lady Scarlet wanted this guy to remember that he was a shitty employee and that she would not condone any nonsense from him.
