The mistress had spent a lot of money on it and hence had to ensure she got value for her money. She got it after making him eat poo.
Mistress Christina wanted this guy to learn how to eat poo and that is why she had to teach him. She did it on camera so that she would use that to train other slaves and make them learn how to do what she wanted. She reserved shit eating for those who pissed her off the most. As a result, all of her slaves had to learn to do that.
